Hello! My name is Len Bergen and I am the owner/host of The Cottage at Grand Marias,
I have lived in the Steinbach area for over 37 years. I have worked In sales and marketing since 1999 and am currently a Real Estate Agent with Royal Lepage Riverbend Realty in Steinbach.
I enjoy spending time with my wife, children and grandchildren. I also enjoy a good ride on my Harley or a relaxing fishing trip.

Hello! My name is Rosalyn and I am the co-host of The Cottage at Grand Marias, MB.
I currently in the Steinbach area with my husband and four children. Along with being a mother, I am a property manager with my own Airbnb listings in Saint Malo, Manitoba.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, weight-lighting and working on our hobby farm.
I look forward to answering any questions you may have about 'The Cottage'!
